We contribute to the promotion of human flourishing through character education and virtuous leadership.

We are a pioneering leadership center in Latin America. We aspire to transform education in the region, promoting a culture of virtues that fosters human flourishing, both personally and within the community.
To achieve this, we work by building networks among the various actors in the education system — including schools, educators, families, communities, and education policymakers.

CENTRAL AXES

Why do we call it Dandelion?
Dandelion means "lion's tooth" in Spanish. It's a common plant that grows in both rural and urban areas. It first blooms with yellow flowers, then dries out and forms a round ball with white fuzz that holds the dandelion-shaped seeds. In Argentina and other countries in the region, it's also known as "panadero" (baker's flower).
The dandelion is also our emblem in the field of human virtues, which has led us to ask ourselves: what winds can scatter these seeds? What happens to them afterward? How do we make them bloom again for others?
